Ocean Breeze Laundry Services is a company with operations base in MIAMI (USA), offers professional laundry services for final consumers (Families, students, retirement center, etc.); Currently, they've expanded their focus segment by offering a B2B service for Restaurants, Hospitals, Marinas, Gym/SAP; among other centers of the high volume of washing.
PROJECT STAGE: we worked on the definition of the penetration strategy in the new segment (B2B). The user experience (DUX), was one of the main goal.
We customized the design and adapt all the content to digital media, later, we work in the aesthetics of the social networks and the communication in general.
OPERATIONAL PHASE: we manage the online communication and online advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
In periodic follow-up meetings we analyze the results of the campaigns and adjust the objectives.
